Due to the nature of our herbal products and for the safety of our customers, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopanode.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit once the claim is processed and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used products
Teas, tinctures, herbs, supplements, oils, or topical products
Items marked “final sale”
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Refunds
Approved refunds (when applicable) will be issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
